Once again a few days have passed since I last blogged, but tbh, apart from watching the EXO fan meeting (which was loads of fun, and very emotional seeing them all on stage together, although I missed Lay) I haven't really done anything worth writing about. And I've been playing Hogwarts Legacy, of course. Last night, I got caught up with and finished Delivery Man, which I rather enjoyed, so that was why I didn't blog yesterday.
I have been trying to decide my March top 3 list, but I'm still failing miserably (and Quincy hasn't even listened to it 🙄). Unfortunately, I decided to go and listen to my January playlist for a change, as I've been adding stuff to it as I've found new artists, and discovered some songs that might be better than the ones I originally put in my top 3 🤦🏻♀️ - there were 7, which is the same amount as March - maybe my top 3 should be my top 7 instead?
This is a great idea until it comes to the end of the year and I have to choose my top 20 from 84 tracks rather than 36. Of course, Sion was in there (when isn't he? I'm already feeling the lack of a track from him this month) . . . maybe 84 is manageable 😂 . . . and it doesn't have to be 7 every month, does it?
I shall need to go through the February playlist again, as I've added loads to that, too. Oh, and April is currently 198 songs (I have listened to more, but discarded the stuff I didn't like and moved the OSTs).
Tomorrow sees the first of three days of Gary Numan concerts (his 998th, 999th and 1,000th, of which I've seen a fair few over the last 40 years). Unfortunately, it's at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, which is a non-seated venue and doesn't have a particularly friendly accessibility policy (especially for someone with limited mobility who isn't registered disabled, so doesn't have documents to send as proof). It does say there are a few stools, but they're first come first served and I can't queue up for hours either to make sure we get in early enough to get a stool.
I already know I won't be able to stand all night, so I'll probably end up sitting on the floor at the back - I'm so short I probably won't be able to see the stage anyway; I never can when I have to stand, so it won't make much difference. At least I'll be there. Actually, attending all three nights is pretty ambitious, as travelling to one seated concert is usually enough to wipe me out for a couple of days afterwards, but I'm determined to be there if I possibly can.
Can't think of anything else I want to say, so it's on to the birthdays . . . and no, I didn't just blog because it's a member of EXO (as if I'd do that 😏).
